Orders and Shipping

Hello & Welcome to Kleighvintage, rock star! Here you will find rad threads to get your style on. We totally ship to Canada and combine shipping on multiple items. Please send us a message for exact quotes or for any other questions you may have. I would love to hear from you! 💕

What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays.

Do not hesitate to contact us, if you need an item by a specific date. We are happy and willing to accommodate any request if possible.

USPS Priority Mail Express option is available for all orders that need a 24-48 hour turn around. We ask that you would please place your order by 1 p.m. to allow us to package your item safely and get it to the post office in a timely manner.

Kleighvintage uses the United States Postal Service for all orders. Shipping costs are listed with each item. The price includes tracking as well as delivery confirmation for the order.

We will take great care in packing items but it is unfortunate that mishap may occur. Inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If there is damage, please message us as soon as possible; we do purchase insurance on USPS Priority Mail items.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of the package arrival. Kleighvintage will work with you to file a claim and make the process as pain free as possible.

Keighvintage is not responsible for any wrong use of address, lost or stolen packages. Sorry!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday. This time frame excludes weekends and holidays.

USPS First Class packages will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. In some cases it is possible your package may take the scenic route during high volume holidays. Usually those packages will arrive within 6 -7 days.

USPS Priority Mail packages will arrive within 2 to 3 days. In some cases your package may decide during the holiday season to spend some extra time vacationing at one of the local distribution center. Usually those packages will arrive within 4-7 days.

Do you ship internationally?

International Orders is for Canada only.

What is your shipping policy on this?

All items are shipped USPS First Class International Mail, unless otherwise noted or there is a requested upgrade. This does not include insurance or confirmation. Shipping times can range depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Kleighvintage is not responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to international destinations.

If items are unclaimed, do not clear customs and/or returned to sender; we will not refund the cost of the original shipping or the cost of the item.

Return Policy

What's your return and exchange policy?

Vintage items have been previously loved. Signs of wear are very common. Handmade items are created by hand with each one being unique. They may have some slight imperfections and or each item will vary.

All items are carefully inspected & described in great detail to ensure you make the best possible choice while shopping. For this reason we do not offer returns or exchanges.

My goal is that you love the item that you purchase from Kleighvintage. If you are truly unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

Allergens

Allergens may be the case with vintage items, their past may be somewhat of a mystery and I cannot guarantee that they always existed in an allergen-free environment. My home is pet friendly with two adorable pitbulls. But, hooray it is a smoke free environment!

Sizing details

If you have any questions about the sizing of a garment or the way it may fit you personally, please feel free to message me with any questions at all. I am happy to help in any way I can!

Colors

Everyone's vision of color will differ and can occur in your computer's monitor or in the photographic process. I will do my best to describe the actual color in great detail.
